Let’s face it Chicken wings are a necessity on a party buffet. We prefer serving boneless wings, they’re neater to eat and no bones for the kids or pets to worry about. A build-your-own Slider bar allows your guests to build the sandwich of their dreams. Most of the work can be done ahead and the shredded beef can hold in a crock pot for hours. Toppings could include:

For the adventuresome and enlightened guests, a handcrafted Sriracha Bloody Mary mix from Vermont is on the bar. Wonderful flavor with a little kick! For the others tomato juice and Clamato juice. Sriracha We chose Castelvetrano olives for their great taste and color and Jalapeño stuffed green olives and our pickle of choice is Claussen Kosher Dill spears.
