Our own premium quality Double Smoked (to perfection) Bone-In Ham has been an Easter holiday tradition for many families for years. Our ham is twice smoked over hard wood and fully cooked, simply bake covered with foil in a  325 degree oven for approximately 15 minutes per pound until the ham reaches an internal temperature of 140 degrees.
