We love to grill, and we love seafood, so we combined the two to create Pineapple Shrimp Skewers.  These are prefect for a lighter dinner and come together so quickly!  Plus, you can customize the skewers to different tastes by adding different fruits or veggies to accompany the shrimp.  They are sweet yet citrusy, and very delicious! I’ve been craving Lemon Chicken for quite some time and finally found the perfect day to make it!  This recipe is a homemade version of the take-out classic that tastes just as good, if not better, then what you would get in a restaurant.  It’s fairly simple to make and delivers a delicious balance between tangy and savory flavors, with crispy chicken and a citrus sauce. We made a big batch because we love leftovers! This also allows time for beverages and good conversation. We use an electric deep fryer to fry the chicken but you may easily use a heavy pan on the stove top, we heat … Continue reading
