Baked Spaghetti

Serves 4


Ingredients:

1 lb Spaghetti Noodles
2 Eggs
1 jar Jar Spaghetti Sauce, (24 oz.)
1 lb Festival Italian Sausage, (hot or mild)
1 package Mini Pepperonis, (5 oz.)
1 package Sliced Canadian Bacon, (5 oz.) cut in half
1 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Directions:

  1. Cook pasta as directed on package.
  2. Brown Italian Sausage and drain.
  3. In a 9 x 13 baking dish put a thin layer of sauce down with half of the Canadian Bacon.
  4. Beat eggs and mix with cooked pasta and parmesan cheese. Layer next into the pan.
  5. Add remaining half of Canadian bacon, pepperoni and cooked Italian sausage.
  6. Pour the remainder of sauce evenly over the top. Top with mozzarella cheese.
  7. Cover and bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour. Uncover and bake another 10 minutes until cheese is brown.
  8. Let rest for 10 minutes before serving. Cut and serve.
